| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Emgage is dedicated to educating, empowering, and |

| 11 | 12 | | mobilizing Muslim American voters in support of policies that |

| 12 | 13 | | strengthen democracy and enable Muslim communities to thrive; the |

| 13 | 14 | | group offers a variety of programs, projects, retreats, and |

| 14 | 15 | | services, including the Million Muslim Votes campaign and |

| 15 | 16 | | initiatives to strengthen bonds with the Black Muslim community; |
