| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 1985, Collin College held its first |

| 12 | 13 | | classes at local high schools; it has steadily expanded to meet the |

| 13 | 14 | | needs of the region, which now ranks among the fastest-growing in |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | the nation; today, the institution serves more than 60,000 students |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | at 10 campuses, including the iCollin Virtual Campus; and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Collin College has developed its programs in |

| 17 | 18 | | response to the diverse needs of the community; it offers over 200 |

|---|
