| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Born on August 31, 1997, Julian Bibby was the son of |

| 11 | 12 | | Dr. Clarence Bibby Jr. and Michele Bibby; he grew up in Austin with |

| 12 | 13 | | the companionship of his baby sister, Jordan, who nicknamed him |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | "JuJu," and his circle of loved ones also included his grandmother, |

| 14 | 15 | | Rae, and cousin, Jacen; after attending St. Francis and Khabele |

| 15 | 16 | | Schools, he went on to work as an IT professional; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, In his leisure time, Mr. Bibby took pleasure in |

| 17 | 18 | | gaming and listening to music, especially rap, rock, and R&B; he |

| 18 | 19 | | also loved watching movies with his mother and visiting Austin's |

| 19 | 20 | | best barbecue and burger spots with his father; curious and kind, he |

| 20 | 21 | | could light up a room with his smile, and he treasured the time he |

| 21 | 22 | | spent with his friends and family; and |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Although Julian Bibby's journey on this earth ended |

| 23 | 24 | | far too soon, he has left his loved ones with a wealth of memories |
