| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Drew and Jennifer Blessing, Aspen |

| 11 | 12 | | Blessing was born in Abilene on March 15, 2005, and she grew up with |

| 12 | 13 | | the companionship of six brothers and sisters, Malcolm, Elijah, |

| 13 | 14 | | Tabitha, Selah, Kefira, and Gabe; in 2023, she graduated from |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Homeschool High School; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Devoted to her faith from an early age, Ms. Blessing |

| 16 | 17 | | was an active member of several local churches; known for her |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | warmth, compassion, and gentle spirit, she was quick to lend an ear |

| 18 | 19 | | to a friend in need and she had a deep love for animals; above all |

| 19 | 20 | | else, she cherished time spent with her family, and she shared a |

| 20 | 21 | | special bond with her siblings; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Although her days were far too few, the joy and |
