| 10 | 11 | | economic well-being of the Del Rio community for four decades; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Julio's Seasoning & Corn Chips was founded in 1985 |

| 12 | 13 | | by Julio T. Garcia; the former head chef of the Branding Iron Steak |

| 13 | 14 | | House, Mr. Garcia began making corn tortilla chips while helping |

| 14 | 15 | | his wife, Lilia, with her catering business; he and his children |

| 15 | 16 | | initially made and sold chips out of the family kitchen in Del Rio, |

| 16 | 17 | | and as their customer base grew through word of mouth, they set up a |

| 17 | 18 | | makeshift commercial kitchen in the garage; the company |

| 18 | 19 | | subsequently built a 5,500-square-foot manufacturing plant and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Remaining a family-owned company under the |

| 22 | 23 | | leadership of Mr. Garcia's son, Miguel, Julio's Seasoning & Corn |

| 24 | 25 | | employees and nationwide distribution; it is best known for its |

| 25 | 26 | | seasoned corn chips, which gain their distinctive Tex-Mex flavor |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Providing jobs and valuable services to the region, |
