| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Johnson established the public affairs firm in 1995; |

| 12 | 13 | | headquartered in Dallas, the award-winning company provides |

| 13 | 14 | | strategic support services in government relations, public |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | engagement, enterprise development, and technology; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Johnson has received many awards for his work in |

| 16 | 17 | | the public affairs industry, including the Lifetime Achievement |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | Award from the Dallas Business Journal and the NAACP Corporate |

| 18 | 19 | | Leadership and Entrepreneurship Award, and he was inducted into the |

| 19 | 20 | | Texas Radio Hall of Fame in 2019; a native of Gladewater, he holds a |

| 20 | 21 | | bachelor's degree from East Texas State University at Commerce; in |

| 21 | 22 | | all his endeavors, he benefits from the love and support of his |

| 22 | 23 | | wife, Sophia; and |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Willis Johnson sets an inspiring example of service |
