| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Finley weighed 8.1 pounds and measured 20 inches in |

| 12 | 13 | | length when she made her long-awaited debut at 11:59 a.m. at Corpus |

| 13 | 14 | | Christi Medical Center Bay Area; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to her |

| 15 | 16 | | parents, Finley's birth has delighted her maternal grandparents, |

| 16 | 17 | | Steve George and Mary Anne George, and her paternal grandparents, |

| 17 | 18 | | Gordon and Ellen Tschritter; her arrival has also been met with |

| 18 | 19 | | boundless enthusiasm by her other relatives and her family's |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Finley Tschritter begins her life secure in the safe |
