| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Ismaili CIVIC Advocacy Day of Service is taking |

| 9 | 10 | | opportunity to recognize the Ismaili CIVIC organization for its |

| 10 | 11 | | unwavering commitment to volunteerism and community engagement and |

| 11 | 12 | | its efforts to foster unity, compassion, and mutual respect among |

| 12 | 13 | | diverse groups; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Ismaili CIVIC, an international initiative of the |

| 14 | 15 | | Shia Ismaili Muslim community, exemplifies these values by |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | mobilizing volunteers globally to serve their communities through |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | meaningful service projects that improve the quality of life for |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of faith, gender, or |

| 18 | 19 | | ethnicity; and |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Drawing upon a centuries-old tradition of |

| 20 | 21 | | volunteerism and compassion, Ismaili CIVIC embodies the principles |

| 21 | 22 | | of good citizenship, community development, and pluralism by |

| 22 | 23 | | undertaking activities that address local needs and foster |

| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Members of the Ismaili community in Texas actively |
