| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Born on July 26, 2004, Jessica Ludwig was the |

| 11 | 12 | | cherished daughter of Robert and Tricia Ludwig, and she grew up with |

| 12 | 13 | | the companionship of a brother, Justin; she was engaged to be |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | married to James Wilson, and the relationship she shared with her |

| 14 | 15 | | fiancé was a source of much happiness to her; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, A devoted daughter, sister, and friend, Ms. Ludwig |

| 16 | 17 | | had a presence that could light up any room; with her vibrant, |

| 17 | 18 | | energetic spirit, she excelled as a cheerleader, and she always |

| 18 | 19 | | inspired her teammates to put forth their best effort; in addition, |

| 19 | 20 | | her passion for helping others shone in her work with children with |

| 20 | 21 | | special needs, whom she cared for with genuine warmth, |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Through the love and laughter she shared, Jessica |
