| 13 | 14 | | training they need to achieve their career goals and contribute to |

| 14 | 15 | | their communities; the chapter also serves as a unified voice for |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | its members, and it champions policies and practices that |

| 16 | 17 | | strengthen the profession; in addition, the organization offers a |

| 17 | 18 | | variety of opportunities for mentorship, education, and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, This year, the El Paso del Norte chapter will |
