| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Stephani Carrasco Rodriguez has been named the 2025 |

| 9 | 9 | | Teacher of Promise at Sunset Valley Elementary School in the Austin |

| 10 | 10 | | Independent School District; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, A solid education is vital for young people to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | become successful and productive adults, and those men and women |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | in the lives of their students and in the greater community; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The Teacher of Promise award recognizes |

| 16 | 16 | | enthusiastic and student-centered first-year teachers who have |

| 17 | 17 | | been active participants in improving their campus environment; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Stephani Carrasco Rodriguez exemplifies the |
