| 9 | 9 | | statewide office, and re-elected President Trump with a margin of |

|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Speaker Dustin Burrows committed the greatest form |

| 12 | 12 | | of voter fraud by cutting a deal with Democrats to become Speaker |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | and then empowering them by appointing pro-abortion, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | DEI-supporting, open borders Democrats to key positions in House |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | leadership, including as Speaker Pro Tem, and hired an Obama White |

| 16 | 16 | | House lawyer as Parliamentary Counsel; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Speaker Dustin Burrows allowed Democrats to Chair |

| 18 | 18 | | House Appropriations Committes, write the Texas budget and allocate |

| 19 | 19 | | billions of tax dollars on Democrat priorities - in secret - in |

| 20 | 20 | | violation of the House Rules on at least eight occasions, and |

| 21 | 21 | | allowed a vote on the 1000+ page, $340 billion budget after giving |

| 22 | 22 | | the Committee only 20 hours to read it; and |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Speaker Dustin Burrows lied to fabricate a quorum in |

| 24 | 24 | | an attempt to violate the Texas Constitution, stating "a quorum is |

| 25 | 25 | | present" when there were only 63 out of 150 members present; and |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Speaker Dustin Burrows put a Democrat bill on the |

| 27 | 27 | | House floor ahead of every Republican bill - after wasting over half |

| 28 | 28 | | of session; and |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Well over 10,000 grassroots, freedom-loving, Texas |

| 30 | 30 | | patriots signed a petition to vacate Speaker Burrows; now, |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | therefore, be it |

| 32 | 32 | | RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives of the State of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | Texas, 89th Legislature, that Speaker Dustin Burrows is removed. |
