| 14 | 14 | WHEREAS, A fitting recipient of this notable honor, Mrs. Bell | |
| 15 | 15 | serves as a special education teacher at Thomas Elementary School; | |

| 17 | 17 | WHEREAS, Kristen Bell exemplifies the passion, | |
| 18 | 18 | determination, and innovative spirit that are the hallmarks of our | |
