| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Awards serve to showcase |

| 11 | 11 | | restaurants that offer an exceptional dining experience at an |

| 12 | 12 | | affordable price; Bib Gourmand honorees feature a variety of |

| 13 | 13 | | culinary tastes and styles, but all share an emphasis on simple yet |

| 14 | 14 | | flavorful cooking that provides diners with high-quality fare and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | good value; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, A gourmet Mediterranean restaurant, Ladino was |

| 17 | 17 | | among four San Antonio establishments that were selected for the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | award by MICHELIN inspectors in 2024; together, these businesses |

| 19 | 19 | | are helping to further the Alamo City's reputation as a vibrant |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, With its receipt of this prestigious honor, Ladino |

| 24 | 24 | | pride in this impressive achievement; now, therefore, be it |
