| 12 | 12 | SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding any distance or attendance | |
| 13 | 13 | limitations established under the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic | |
| 14 | 14 | Control Devices for recreational and cultural interest area guide | |
| 15 | 15 | signs, subject to Subsection (b) of this section, the Texas | |
| 16 | 16 | Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain highway signs | |
| 17 | 17 | on Interstate Highway 10 east and west of the United States Highway | |
| 18 | 18 | 67 intersection to guide road users to the Museum of the Big Bend. | |
| 19 | 19 | (b) A sign erected under this section may not otherwise | |
| 20 | 20 | violate the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices or the | |
| 21 | 21 | Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices issued by the United | |
| 22 | 22 | States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway | |
| 23 | 23 | Administration. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
