| 11 | 11 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 12 | 12 | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 12, Health and Safety | |
| 13 | 13 | Code, is amended by adding Section 12.021 to read as follows: | |
| 14 | 14 | Sec. 12.021. ACCESSIBILITY OF FORMS FOR PUBLIC USE. The | |
| 15 | 15 | department shall ensure all forms developed under the department's | |
| 16 | 16 | authority and intended for public use are conspicuously posted and | |
| 17 | 17 | readily accessible to the public on the department's Internet | |
| 18 | 18 | website. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 20 | 20 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 21 | 21 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 22 | 22 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 23 | 23 | Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
