| 14 | 14 | (c-1) Each person on board a recreational vessel 16 feet or | |
| 15 | 15 | more in length must wear a wearable personal flotation device of the | |
| 16 | 16 | sort prescribed by the commandant of the Coast Guard while the | |
| 17 | 17 | vessel is under way. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
