9 | 12 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
10 | 13 | SECTION 1. Section 547.323, Transportation Code, is amended | |
11 | 14 | by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: | |
12 | 15 | (g) For purposes of Section 547.3215, a high-mounted | |
13 | 16 | stoplamp is considered to comply with the current federal standards | |
14 | 17 | in 49 C.F.R. Section 571.108 if the stoplamp varies in intensity | |
15 | 18 | four or fewer times but never deactivates when the vehicle brakes | |
