| 12 | 12 | SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 24, Government Code, is | |
| 13 | 13 | amended by adding Section 24.60053 to read as follows: | |
| 14 | 14 | Sec. 24.60053. 511TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (COMAL COUNTY). The | |
| 15 | 15 | 511th Judicial District is composed of Comal County. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. The 511th Judicial District is created on the | |
| 17 | 17 | effective date of this Act. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect January 1, 2026. |
