| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 341, Health and Safety | |
| 12 | 12 | Code, is amended by adding Section 341.0317 to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | Sec. 341.0317. NOTICE OF WATER QUALITY TESTING. The | |
| 14 | 14 | commission may provide notice not more than 24 hours in advance to a | |
| 15 | 15 | public drinking water supply system that obtains its water supply | |
| 16 | 16 | from underground sources of the commission's intent to perform | |
| 17 | 17 | water quality testing to investigate a complaint related to the | |
| 18 | 18 | public drinking water supply system's water quality. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
