139 relating to the eligibility of the National Rifle Association's
1410 Annual Meetings and Exhibits or another annual event of the
1511 National Rifle Association for funding under the major events
1612 reimbursement program.
1713 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1814 SECTION 1. Sections 478.0001(3) and (7), Government Code,
1915 are amended to read as follows:
2016 (3) "Event" means any of the following and includes
2117 any activity related to or associated with the following:
2218 (A) the Academy of Country Music Awards;
2319 (B) the Amateur Athletic Union Junior Olympic
2420 Games;
2521 (C) the Bassmaster Classic;
2622 (D) a Big 12 Football Conference Championship
2723 game;
2824 (E) the Breeders' Cup World Championships;
2925 (F) the CMT (Country Music Television) Music
3026 Awards;
3127 (G) a game of the College Football Playoff or its
3228 successor;
3329 (H) the Confederation of North, Central America
3430 and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) Gold Cup;
3531 (I) a CONVRG conference;
3632 (J) an Elite Rodeo Association World
3733 Championship;
3834 (K) a Federation Equestre Internationale World
3935 Cup Final;
