| 14 | 14 | (j-1) An electric utility may not use energy savings | |
| 15 | 15 | achieved through a load management program, including a load | |
| 16 | 16 | management standard offer program described by Subsection (a)(6), | |
| 17 | 17 | to achieve the utility's energy efficiency goal under this section. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
