BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research Center S.B. 2053 89R13874 MCK-D By: Birdwell Administration 4/9/2025 As Filed AUTHOR'S / SPONSOR'S STATEMENT OF INTENT Currently there are similar civilian Texas awards, such as the Governor's Medal of Courage, Governor's Volunteer, Outstanding Women in Texas Government, Star of Texas, and Texas Women's Hall of Fame.
