14 | 14 | Sec. 120.1031. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE PROVIDERS. A social | |
15 | 15 | media platform shall create, maintain, and make available to | |
16 | 16 | third-party software providers a set of real-time application | |
17 | 17 | programming interfaces through which a child or a parent or | |
18 | 18 | guardian of a child may delegate permission to a third-party | |
19 | 19 | software provider to manage the online interactions, content, and | |
20 | 20 | account settings of the child on the social media platform on the | |
21 | 21 | same terms as the child. | |
22 | 22 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
