| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 48.03(b)(2), Alcoholic Beverage Code, is | |
| 12 | 12 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | (2) store alcoholic beverages in sealed containers of | |
| 14 | 14 | any size at any airport regularly served by the permittee or within | |
| 15 | 15 | the same county as and within five miles of any airport regularly | |
| 16 | 16 | served by the permittee, in accordance with rules and regulations | |
| 17 | 17 | promulgated by the commission. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
