|---|
| 10 | 10 | | project and to pledge certain tax revenue for the payment of |

| 11 | 11 | | obligations related to the project. |

| 12 | 12 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | SECTION 1. Section 351.152, Tax Code, is amended to read as |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | follows: |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Sec. 351.152. APPLICABILITY. This subchapter applies only |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | to: |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | (1) a municipality described by Section |
|---|

|---|
| 19 | 19 | | (2) a municipality described by Section |

| 25 | 25 | | (5) a municipality that contains more than 70 percent |

| 72 | 72 | | (A) is almost wholly located in a county with a |
|---|
| 73 | 73 | | population of 900,000 or more that is adjacent to a county with a |
|---|
| 74 | 74 | | population of 2.5 million or more; |
|---|
| 75 | 75 | | (B) is partially located in a county with a |
|---|
| 76 | 76 | | population of 2.1 million or more that is adjacent to a county with |
|---|
| 77 | 77 | | a population of 2.5 million or more; |
|---|
| 78 | 78 | | (C) has a visitor center and museum located in a |
|---|
| 79 | 79 | | 19th-century rock building in the municipality's downtown; and |
|---|
| 80 | 80 | | (D) has a waterpark open to the public; |

|---|

| 83 | 83 | | (A) borders Lake Ray Hubbard; and |

| 84 | 84 | | (B) is located in two counties, one of which has a |

| 86 | 86 | | (19) a municipality with a population of 110,000 or |
|---|
| 87 | 87 | | more that: |
|---|
| 88 | 88 | | (A) borders Clear Lake; and |
|---|
