| 13 | 13 | Sec. 372.060. PUBLIC SCHOOL BUSES. (a) In this section, | |
| 14 | 14 | "school bus" has the meaning assigned by Section 541.201. | |
| 15 | 15 | (b) A toll project entity may not require a school bus | |
| 16 | 16 | exempt from registration fees under Section 502.453 to pay a toll | |
| 17 | 17 | for use of a toll project when the bus is transporting students on a | |
| 18 | 18 | route to or from school or a school-related activity trip other than | |
| 19 | 19 | on routes to and from school. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
