This bill would allow municipal and county governments to prohibit e-cigarette retailers from operating within 300 feet of a primary or secondary school campus. The prohibition would not apply to e-cigarette retailers whose sales of e-cigarettes are less than half of their total sales.The number of local governments that would implement the provisions of the bill is unknown; therefore, the revenue implications of this bill cannot be determined but are not expected to be significant.
