| 15 | 15 | (h) The commission may review and refer cases that relate to | |
| 16 | 16 | [are] the subject matter of an investigation under Subsection | |
| 17 | 17 | (a)(3) or (a-1) to the office of capital and forensic writs in | |
| 18 | 18 | accordance with Section 78.054(b), Government Code. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
