| 10 | 15 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 11 | 16 | SECTION 1. Section 755.027(a), Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 12 | 17 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 18 | (a) Not later than the 10th [30th] day after the date on | |
| 14 | 19 | which a certificate inspection is performed by an authorized | |
| 15 | 20 | inspector, the inspection agency employing the authorized | |
| 16 | 21 | inspector shall file a report with the executive director in the | |
| 17 | 22 | manner specified by the executive director. | |
| 18 | 23 | SECTION 2. The following provisions of the Health and | |
| 19 | 24 | Safety Code are repealed: | |
| 20 | 25 | (1) Section 755.011(d); and | |
| 21 | 26 | (2) Section 755.018. | |
| 22 | 27 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. | |
