16 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Across the country, such falsehoods have allowed men |

17 | 15 | | to self-identify as women and enter spaces designed for the |

18 | 16 | | protection of women, such as women's shelters and women's |

20 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Sex is an immutable characteristic that can be |

23 | 21 | | RESOLVED, By the 89th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |

24 | 22 | | it is the policy of the state to recognize two sexes, male and |

26 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the State of Texas will defend women's rights |

27 | 25 | | by using clear and accurate language and policies recognizing that |

28 | 26 | | women are biologically female and men are biologically male. |
