2	8		WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	9		join members of the Montgomery County Coalition of Chambers in
4	10		celebrating Montgomery County Day at the State Capitol on March
5	11		4, 2025; and
6	12		WHEREAS, The Montgomery County Coalition of Chambers
7	13		consists of the Conroe and Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, the
8	14		Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Greater
9	15		Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, the Montgomery County
10	16		Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and The Woodlands Area Chamber of
11	17		Commerce; and
12	18		WHEREAS, These chambers represent the interests of
13	19		thousands of companies and entrepreneurs and have joined
14	20		together to promote economic growth in the county and to improve
15	21		the quality of life for residents; and
16	22		WHEREAS, Delegates from the Montgomery County Coalition of
17	23		Chambers are convening in Austin on March 4 to visit the Texas
18	24		Capitol, to see the Texas Legislature in action, and to hear from
19	25		top government officials who are addressing issues that affect
20	26		the business community in Texas; and
21	27		WHEREAS, Members of the Montgomery County Coalition of
22	28		Chambers are committed to ensuring long-term regional prosperity
23	29		through the promotion of sound business practices and policy, and
24	30		they are deserving of special recognition for their service to
25	31		the community; now, therefore, be it
26	32		RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th
27	33		Legislature, hereby welcome the members of the Montgomery County
28	34		Coalition of Chambers and extend to all best wishes for a
29	35		memorable Montgomery County Day at the Capitol; and, be it
30	36		further
31	37		RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
32	38		the delegation as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
