| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Since its establishment in 2021, the Impact |

| 6 | 6 | | Center of Arlington has served as a cornerstone of support for |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | youth and adults by providing a diverse array of programs and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | services focused on entrepreneurship training, economic |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | empowerment, adult literacy, civic engagement, and health and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | wellness; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, The grand reopening marks the completion of |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | significant enhancements to the facility, which will enable the |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Impact Center to expand its capacity to address the growing needs |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | of the East Arlington community; the center's comprehensive |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | approach to public service includes education and career |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | programs, food services, re-entry assistance, sports leagues, |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | disaster relief efforts, and other initiatives tailored to build |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | stronger and more resilient neighborhoods; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, The center's grand reopening highlights the |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | importance of collective efforts to create opportunities and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | lasting solutions and serves as a testament to the center's |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | enduring commitment to making a positive and lasting difference |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | in the lives of Texas residents; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Legislature, hereby recognize the Impact Center of Arlington on |

| 26 | 26 | | the occasion of its grand reopening and extend to all in |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | attendance best wishes for a memorable event and for continued |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | success in their meaningful work; and, be it further |
