8+ WHEREAS, The State of Texas is steadfast in its commitment to

12+ WHEREAS, Texas REALTORS maintains its position as the largest

1218 WHEREAS, Real estate and housing are essential to our state

30- elected officials and discuss issues that are critical for
31- ensuring that Texas remains the best state in which to own or
32- lease real property; now, therefore, be it
33- RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th
34- Legislature, hereby recognize March 26, 2025, as REALTOR Day at
35- the State Capitol and extend a warm welcome to the visiting
36- delegation; and, be it further
