2	8		WHEREAS, The annual Bear Bottom BBQ Bash and Cook-Off is
3	9		taking place in Marshall on September 19 and 20, 2025; and
4	10		WHEREAS, Sanctioned by the Outlaw BBQ Association as one of
5	11		the organization's state championship cook-offs, this
6	12		much-anticipated event attracts talented chefs from across Texas
7	13		and beyond; and
8	14		WHEREAS, These highly skilled pitmasters are putting their
9		-	culinary abilities to the test as they vie to produce the
10		-	tastiest entries in several different categories, including
11		-	brisket, pork spareribs, and chicken; and
12		-	WHEREAS, A fun occasion for all ages, the Bear Bottom BBQ
13		-	Bash and Cook-Off is a fitting celebration of the delectable fare
14		-	that is such an integral part of Texas culture, and it promises to
15		-	be a source of fond memories for all who attend; now, therefore,
16		-	be it
