| 8 | 14 | | judges in a number of categories; she went on to represent Texas |

| 9 | 15 | | at Miss Teen USA 2024 and placed among the top 20 contestants; and |

| 10 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Currently a senior at Saint Paul High School in |

| 11 | 17 | | Shiner, Dallyn is a member of the National Honor Society and |

| 12 | 18 | | Student Council and is a versatile athlete involved in five |

| 13 | 19 | | sports; she displays leadership and pride as her school's varsity |

| 14 | 20 | | cheer captain, and she has utilized her athletic skills and her |

| 15 | 21 | | passion for serving alongside people with disabilities as a |
|---|
| 16 | 22 | | special needs cheer coach and pageant director; and |
