28 WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice is celebrating its 10th
39 anniversary in 2025; and
410 WHEREAS, Founded in 2015, Texans for Vaccine Choice is a
511 statewide organization dedicated to protecting and advancing
6- informed consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the
7- State of Texas; the organization has worked tirelessly to educate
8- the public and promote policies that support the fundamental
9- right of Texans to make informed medical decisions for themselves
10- and their families; and

21- activism, educational initiatives, and outreach efforts, the
22- organization has provided a voice for thousands of Texans who
23- believe in the importance of preserving personal autonomy in
24- health care decisions; and

28- on this special milestone in its history; now, therefore, be it
29- RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th
30- Legislature, hereby honor Texans for Vaccine Choice on the
31- occasion of its 10th anniversary and commend the organization for
32- its unwavering dedication to preserving individual rights and
33- freedoms in health care; and, be it further
33+ consent for all Texans, and it is indeed deserving of recognition on
34+ this special milestone in its history; now, therefore, be it
35+ RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 89th Texas Legislature
36+ hereby honor Texans for Vaccine Choice on the occasion of its 10th
37+ anniversary and commend the organization for its unwavering
38+ dedication to preserving individual rights and freedoms in health
39+ care; and, be it further
