40	20		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
41	21		tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
42	22		SECTION 1. INTERIM HAZARDOUS WASTE PERMITS. 3
43	23		Section 3005(e) of the Solid Waste Disposal Act (42 4
44	24		U.S.C. 6925(e)) is amended— 5
45	25		(1) in paragraph (1)(A)— 6
46		-	(A) in clause (i), by striking ‘‘or’’ at the 7
47		-	end; 8
48		-	(B) in clause (ii), by inserting ‘‘or’’ after 9
49		-	‘‘this section,’’; 10
50		-	(C) by adding at the end the following: 11
51		-	‘‘(iii) is a critical energy resource facility,’’; 12
52		-	and 13
53		-	(2) by adding at the end the following: 14
