48-NGENERAL.—The owner or operator of a sta-11
49-tionary source described in subsection (b) of this section 12
50-shall not be required by the regulations promulgated 13
51-under section 112(r)(7)(B) of the Clean Air Act (42 14
52-U.S.C. 7412(r)(7)(B)) to include in any hazard assess-15
53-ment under clause (ii) of such section 112(r)(7)(B) an as-16
54-sessment of safer technology and alternative risk manage-17
55-ment measures with respect to the use of hydrofluoric acid 18
56-in an alkylation unit. 19
