| 38 | 38 | | ‘‘(1) A certificate of eligibility for the entitle-12 |

| 39 | 39 | | ment of the individual to covered educational assist-13 |
|---|

| 41 | 41 | | ‘‘(2) An award letter regarding the authoriza-15 |

| 42 | 42 | | tion of the individual to receive covered educational 16 |

| 45 | 45 | | LECTIONTOOPTOUT.—An individual may 18 |

| 46 | 46 | | elect to receive the documents specified in subsection (a) 19 |

| 48 | 48 | | section (a). An individual may revoke such an election at 21 |
