SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Preserving Options for 4
Everglades Restoration and National Defense in the 5
Straits of Florida Act’’. 6
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON JOINT USE OF HOMESTEAD AIR 7
RESERVE BASE WITH CIVIL AVIATION. 8
