Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

Section 3532 of title 38, United States Code, is 5
amended— 6
(1) by striking subsection (d); and 7
(2) by resdesignating subsections (e) through 8
(g) as subsections (d) through (f), respectively. 9
