| 36 | 36 | | under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service, the 5 |

| 37 | 37 | | United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of 6 |

| 39 | 39 | | concerned shall offer for sale an equal number of acres 8 |

| 40 | 40 | | of Federal land that is under the same jurisdictional sta-9 |

| 43 | 43 | | XEMPTIONS.—Subsection (a) shall not apply to 11 |

| 44 | 44 | | easements acquired— 12 |

| 45 | 45 | | (1) by the Secretary of the Interior to facilitate 13 |

| 46 | 46 | | management of Federal lands; or 14 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | (2) by the Secretary of Agriculture to facilitate 15 |
