Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. NOTIFICATION RESPECTING CERTAIN EXECU-3 TIVE ORDERS. 4 (a) I NGENERAL.—Not later than 30 days before 5 issuing a qualifying executive order, the President shall 6 transmit to the Congress, and make publicly available, a 7 notification with respect to such executive order.
