46 | 46 | | occur on lands designated by the Secretary (or 17 |

47 | 47 | | designee thereof) pursuant to section 602(b) of 18 |

48 | 48 | | the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 19 |
---|
49 | 49 | | (16 U.S.C. 6591a(b)), notwithstanding whether 20 |
---|
50 | 50 | | such forest management activity is initiated 21 |
---|
51 | 51 | | prior to the date of enactment of this Act. 22 |

53 | 53 | | veloped through a collaborative process. 24 |
