| 32 | 32 | | that sells or offers for sale, at retail, any product through 6 |

| 33 | 33 | | such website or application, shall disclose on such website 7 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | or application, in a clear and conspicuous manner, the 8 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | country in which such product was manufactured or fi-9 |

| 39 | 39 | | shall not be construed to apply to any individual who uses 12 |
