3030 ISCLOSUREREQUIREMENT.—Any person that 4
3131 operates an internet website or a mobile application and 5
3232 that sells or offers for sale, at retail, any product through 6
3333 such website or application, shall disclose on such website 7
3434 or application, in a clear and conspicuous manner, the 8
3535 country in which such product was manufactured or fi-9
3636 nally assembled. 10

3838 XCLUSION.—The requirements in subsection (a) 11
3939 shall not be construed to apply to any individual who uses 12
4040 an internet website or a mobile application operated by 13
4141 another person to sell or offer for sale any product. 14
4242 SEC. 3. ENFORCEMENT BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMIS-15

4646 A violation of section 2(a) shall be treated as a violation 18
4747 of a regulation under section 18(a)(1)(B) of the Federal 19
4848 Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 57a(a)(1)(B)) regard-20
4949 ing unfair or deceptive acts or practices. 21

5151 OWERS OF THE COMMISSION.—The Federal 22
5252 Trade Commission shall enforce section 2(a) in the same 23
5353 manner, by the same means, and with the same jurisdic-24
5454 tion, powers, and duties as though all applicable terms and 25
5555 provisions of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 26

6565 FFECT ONOTHERLAWS.—Nothing in this Act 6
6666 shall be construed in any way to limit or affect the author-7
6767 ity of the Federal Trade Commission under any other pro-8
