| 34 | 34 | | vision of this title, a grant may be made or contract en-8 |

| 35 | 35 | | tered into under section 501 for a family planning service 9 |

| 36 | 36 | | project or program only upon assurances satisfactory to 10 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | the Secretary that the project or program will— 11 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | ‘‘(1) provide to each person to whom the med-12 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | ical professional provides family planning medical 13 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | services, at the time the person inquires about med-14 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | ical or abortion services, a pamphlet that contains— 15 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | ‘‘(A) a comprehensive list of the adoption 16 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | centers located in the region (as determined by 17 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | the Secretary) where the adoption services are 18 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | provided; and 19 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | ‘‘(B) the address and telephone number of 20 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | each such center; and 21 |

| 48 | 48 | | ‘‘(2) provide each such person an opportunity to 22 |
