17-STABLISHMENT OF REPOSITORY FORREPORT-6
18-INGREQUIREMENTS.—The Director of the Office of Man-7
19-agement and Budget, in consultation with the Secretary 8
20-of the Treasury and the head of each covered Federal 9
21-agency, shall establish a subpage within the website estab-10
22-lished under section 2 of the Federal Funding Account-11
23-ability and Transparency Act of 2006 (31 U.S.C. 6101 12
24-note) to publish the information required to be made avail-13
25-able to the public under this section. 14

29-GENCIES.—Not later than 30 days after the end of a 16
30-calendar quarter, each covered Federal agency that made 17
31-disaster assistance available to an eligible recipient during 18
32-such quarter shall, in coordination with the Director of 19
33-the Office of Management and Budget, make available to 20
34-the public on the subpage established under subsection (a) 21
35-the information described in subsection (c), and ensure 22
36-that any data asset of the agency is machine readable. 23

43-vided by the agency during such quarter; 2
44-(2) the amount of disaster assistance provided 3
45-by the agency that was expended or obligated to 4
46-projects or activities; and 5
47-(3) a detailed list of all projects or activities for 6
48-which disaster assistance dispersed by the agency 7
49-was expended, obligated, or used, including— 8
50-(A) the name of the project or activity; 9
51-(B) a description of the project or activity; 10
52-(C) an evaluation of the completion status 11
53-of the project or activity; 12
54-(D) any award identification number as-13
55-signed to the project; 14
56-(E) the Catalog for Disaster Assistance 15
57-number assigned by the Federal Emergency 16
58-Management Agency; 17
59-(F) the location of the project, including 18
60-ZIP Codes; and 19
61-(G) any reporting requirement information 20
62-being collected by a covered Federal agency 21
63-with respect to that agency’s disaster assist-22
64-ance. 23

102+the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and 13
103+Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et 14
104+seq.); 15
105+(B) the Small Business Administration; 16
106+and 17
107+(C) the Department of Housing and Urban 18
108+Development. 19

92-ISASTER ASSISTANCE.—The term ‘‘dis-21
93-aster assistance’’ means any funds that are made 22
94-available by the Federal Government in response to 23
95-a specified natural disaster, including— 24 5

97-(A) any assistance provided by the Admin-1
98-istrator of the Small Business Administration 2
99-as a result of a disaster declared under section 3
100-7(b) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 4
101-636(b)); 5
102-(B) any assistance provided by the Sec-6
103-retary of Housing and Urban Development 7
104-for— 8
105-(i) activities authorized under title I 9
106-of the Housing and Community Develop-10
107-ment Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) 11
108-related to disaster relief, long-term recov-12
109-ery, restoration of infrastructure and hous-13
110-ing, and economic revitalization in the 14
111-most impacted and distressed areas result-15
112-ing from a major disaster declared pursu-16
113-ant to the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Re-17
114-lief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 18
115-U.S.C. 5121 et seq.); and 19
116-(ii) flood insurance coverage provided 20
117-under the National Flood Insurance Pro-21
118-gram pursuant to the National Flood In-22
119-surance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4001 et 23
120-seq.); and 24 6

122-(C) any assistance provided under the Rob-1
123-ert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency 2
124-Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.). 3

126-LIGIBLE RECIPIENT.—The term ‘‘eligible 4
127-recipient’’— 5
128-(A) means any entity that receives disaster 6
129-assistance directly from the Federal Govern-7
130-ment (including disaster assistance received 8
131-through grant, loan, or contract) other than an 9
132-individual; and 10
133-(B) includes a State that receives disaster 11
134-assistance. 12
110+ISASTER ASSISTANCE.—The term ‘‘dis-20
