To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act
of 1965 to ensure that local educational agencies apply-
ing for certain Federal education funds post the cur-
riculum for elementary and secondary schools online, and
for other purposes.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Curriculum Review of 2
Teachings Transparency Act’’ or the ‘‘CRT Transparency 3
Act’’. 4
SEC. 2. STATE AND LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCY PLANS. 5
(a) A
SSURANCES FROM STATES.—Section 6
1111(g)(2) of the Elementary and Secondary Education 7
Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6311(g)(2)) is amended— 8
(1) in subparagraph (M), by striking ‘‘and’’ at 9
the end; 10
(2) in subparagraph (N), by striking the period 11
at the end and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and 12
(3) by adding at the end the following: 13
‘‘(O) the State will ensure that each local 14
educational agency in the State posts the cur-15
riculum for each elementary school and sec-16
ondary school grade level on a publicly acces-17
sible website of the agency.’’. 18

CIES.—Section 1112(c) of the Elementary and Secondary 20
Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6312(c)) is amended— 21
(1) in paragraph (6), by striking ‘‘and’’ at the 22
end; 23
(2) in paragraph (7), by striking the period at 24
the end and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and 25
(3) by adding at the end the following: 26
