SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Sergeant First Class 4
Michael Clark TRICARE Reserve Parity Act’’. 5

Section 1076d(c) of the title 10, United States Code 5
is amended by striking ‘‘six months’’ and inserting ‘‘three 6
years’’. 7
